Transactional messages. If you check the transactional opt-in box on our form, you consent to receive transactional messages from VINIVILELAMARKETING LLC. These messages may include appointment reminders, account notifications, and service updates among others.
Marketing and promotional messages. If you check the marketing opt-in box on our form, you consent to receive marketing and promotional messages from VINIVILELAMARKETING LLC, including special offers, discounts, and news about our services among others.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors or service vendors strictly to provide the services you request (such as message delivery and appointment scheduling). vinv. CRM and Data from Facebook and Instagram

We operate vinv. CRM, a customer relationship management platform that we provide to the businesses we serve (our “clients”). When a client connects its Facebook Page or Instagram professional account to vinv. CRM, we receive through Meta’s official APIs, and only with that client’s authorization: the messages people send to that Page or account, the sender’s name and profile identifier as provided by Meta, basic information about the connected Page or account, and leads submitted through the client’s Facebook Lead Ads forms when the client enables that feature.

We use this data only to show these conversations and leads to the client inside vinv. CRM, to let the client’s team reply from one place, and to keep the conversation history attached to the customer record. We do not sell this data, we do not use it for advertising or to build profiles for any other purpose, and we share it only with service providers that host and operate the platform for us under confidentiality obligations.

The client can disconnect its Page or account at any time, which ends our access. We keep data received from Meta only while the client’s account is active and delete it within 30 days after the client disconnects or closes its account, or after a valid deletion request.

Connected Social Media Accounts

When a client connects a Google Business Profile, Facebook Page, Instagram, Pinterest or LinkedIn account to our service, we use that access only to publish and manage the posts we create for that client, to read the information needed to publish (such as pages and boards), and to read basic post performance for the client’s reports. We do not collect data from the people who view or interact with those posts, and we do not sell or share this information. Access tokens are stored on our servers and are deleted when the client disconnects the account, revokes access on the platform, or ends the service.
